When SuperCool™ Pods are constructed, we create a sealed monolithic structure, which minimizes particulate accumulation. The Pod features a tight-fitting tongue and groove interlocking joint which eliminates the build up of bacterial growth. The tight fitting panel joints offer superior airtightness, preventing thermal bridging and condensation. All panel surfaces are washable, preventing bacteria and mold growth and considered hygiene safe (the interior of the panels has a 4” Peal and Seal Vapor Barrier).
The material that is used in the SuperCool™ Pod’s construction arrives with prefabricated, insulated metal wall panels that are easily assembled on-site in a matter of hours, with pre-finished self-tapping screws. These insulated panels are often used for a broad range of tough, industrial, cold storage, food processing, and controlled temperature applications.
