We’ve designed a SuperCool™ Curing and Secure Storage Pod whose functionality and dimensions is different than our standard growing models, with easy access to drying cannabis plants, security, and passive HVAC airflow as its main features. Our standard Curing and Secure Storage Pods are 20x20x12 feet high (although custom built Pods are deliverable) and are equipped with both a dehumidifier and a humidifier to assure that either your curing plants or dried and packaged cannabis flowers are kept in optimal conditions. The SuperCool™ Curing and Secure Storage Pods are equipped with a one-ton Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) unit that provides passive airflow to the Pod from floor grates in the floor that assure hanging plants within the room are not subject to direct airflow, which can easily make them dry unevenly, leading to a less than perfect curing process.
SuperCool™ Systems has designed a unique upper level wire system (wire in the upper quarter of the Pod) and a lower level wire system (wire in the lower quarter of the Pod) to hang plants to cure that maximizes the entire square footage of the Curing and Secure Storage Pod. In addition, we’ve created a conveyer belt system that can either be electrical (for optional purchase) or manually operated. For both options, the conveyer belt system allows the operator to stand in one position at the entrance of the Pod to gain access to all four layers of hanging plants without intruding into the Curing and Secure Storage Pod. This allows for maximum access and convenience to inspect the plants and also allows for a change of position for the hanging plants within the Pod.
Securing your packaged cannabis flowers and having an environmentally stable location is an important consideration in the post production workflow of any cannabis facility. In order to insure that unwanted entry is prevented to your SuperCool™ Curing and Secure Storage Pod, we mount a 16-gauge metal door that uses electromagnetic locks, on a reinforced door frame. HID cards provide limited access entry that are integrated into a Graphical User Interface (GUI) that provide real-time information to the operator. Lastly, SuperCool™ will mount security cameras both inside and outside of the Pod to provide another layer of security and live data that is also integrated into the GUI.
